According to the decision taken by the board of directors meeting held on Monday, August 25th 2023, the second Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on Wednesday, October 17th 2023 (Ashoj 17, 2080), at Hotel Square, Pulchowk Lalitpur from 2 pm onwards.
