All investments managed by Seed Investments would be routed through specific investment firms setup to manage certain project/funds. The investors would be provided with the shareholder certificates of respective investment firms bonded through a shareholders’ agreement in terms of their rights and exit policy. Seed Investments has catogorised businesses that it would invest according to investment sizes such as small (of less than 5 million), medium (5 – 20 million), and large projects (20 – 50 million). Investment strategy of Seed will be buyout of company, infuse growth capital in existing business, recapitalization of companies, and term based investments.
