Seed Investments would like to announce INVESTMENT AGREEMENT with Tukuche Distillery Pvt. Ltd. through its investment company SEEDequity. Tukuche Distillery, is located in Mustang district, founded initially as a family business at the aegis of Mr  s. Kalpana Sherchan. It produces apple and apricot brandy, along with other seasonal varieties. The family tradition is carried on by her son Mr. Nirjhar Man Sherchan and the current business plans to expand its distillery operations and also look to promote other agri-produce and processed products from Mustang to the mainstream market.

SEEDequity announces its INTENT TO INVEST to expand and consolidate Tukuche business to bring in the Mustang products closer to Nepali market, and also embrace the global market opportunities.
