A great care has been taken in rebuilding the structure so as to stay true to the original design while modernizing certain aspects to cater to its new residents. Hotel Patan House is located inside the distinguished Rajbhandari Courtyard, and is situated within Patan’s famous “Nine Courtyards”. The Rajbhandari Courtyard is known for its history of housing valuable royal items from the past. This four storey structure overlooks an ancient well and is connected to two picturesque courtyards on either sides.

What started as an idea to preserve our tradition and culture, gave way to the creation of this elegant and peaceful abode, right in the heart of the beautiful city of Patan – a  newly rebuilt heritage property.
